 hile our April meeting date was originally rescheduled for September 2020\
 , we have decided out of an abundance of caution to cancel the in-person 2
 020 Safety-Net Symposium. We want to ensure the safety and wellbeing of al
 l participants and feel as though we could not in good conscience host an 
 in-person conference this year. In its place we will hold our annual busin
 ess meeting virtually on September 18th. Registrations for the 2020 Sympos
 ium and the virtual annual meeting will be handled separately to make this
  process as smooth as possible. More details on the virtual annual meeting
  will be coming soon\, but we wanted to make sure we informed you of this 
 change as soon as it was decided.\n\nMany of you have already paid your re
 gistration fees for the 2020 Symposium. For those individuals\, we have th
 ree options for you:\n\n1) Convert your registration to a voucher for the 
 2021 Safety-Net Symposium. (Each voucher will cover the entirety of the 20
 21 registration cost - regardless of registration rates for the 2021 sympo
 sium.)\n\n2)Receive a full refund for your registration. (Refunds will be 
 made to the credit card used for payment. If payment was made via check\, 
 a refund check will be issued.)\n\n3) Convert your registration fee to a d
 onation to the Charitable Healthcare Network. (Every little bit helps! Don
 ations will be used to help continue our efforts in supporting free and ch
 aritable clinics through the COVID-19 pandemic.)\n\nEach registrant - not 
 ticket holder - will be able to choose from one of these options. The regi
 strant is the individual/organization who registered one or multiple ticke
 t holders for this event. If multiple ticket holders were registered toget
 her under the same registrant\, the registration must choose one of the ab
 ove options for the entire group of ticket holders.\n\nPlease notify us wi
 th your decision no later than July 31st. Any registrations who have not n
 otified us of their preferred option by July 31st will be granted a vouche
 r for the 2021 Safety-Net Symposium. \n\nWe look forward to seeing you all
