Thursday September 28 at 10:30am the OAFC will be hosting a webinar on the changes made to the UCF reporting documents. In order to gain a more comprehensive picture of the services clinics provide, the document has been updated to track on-site and off-site visits as well as additional services performed at clinics. Our goal is to reduce the amount of reporting on the Annual Survey while gaining a comprehensive view of services provided by Ohio free clinics. We suggest that at least one clinic representative involved in preparing the report sit in on the webinar.

The first quarter of FY2018 ends on September 30, 2017 and first quarter UCF reports are due on October 12, 2017.
