The Consortium for Health Education in Appalachia Ohio (OH224-4) is an approved provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Midwest Multistate Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This event has been approved for 3 contact hours.

The Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine (Consortium for Health Education in Appalachia Ohio) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing education for physicians. The Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine designates this program for a maximum of 3 credits of AOA Category 2-A credit and will report the CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
